Loose your weight

◇Write down what will you eat for next week AND act accordingly.
◇Drink water after your breakfast.
◇Watch TV less than a hour.
◇Go walking,and move and move.
◇Start each meal with a glass of water.
◇Don't drink and eat much calories.
◇Don't wait much to eat food,don't go hungry too long.
◇Don't skip a meal.
◇Be punch to eat.
◇Eat your meal before 7 PM.

♣Try oats for a weak to loose your weight.
♣Diet:1 st day:Fruits(avoid banana)
           2 nd day:vegitables(aviod pototo)
           3 rd day: both
           4 th day: banana(5 to 10) and milk(3 glss)
           5 th day:a cup of rice for lunch and 6 or 7 tomatoes.
           6 th day:8 to 12 glass water, a cup of rice afternoon,vegetables.
           7th day:cup of rice,veg and fruits and juice.
