Cooking tips


¤It is better to add a little water to boiling milk to avoid the milk from sticking to the bottom.
¤To cut meat easily, freeze it for some time before cutting.
¤It is good to add few drops of oil to the rice before coocking, it will prevent it from sticky.
¤Rub a little vegitable oil into your hands before you chop chilli to avoid irritation.
¤Place a slice of white bread on the top of the rice for about 10 minute.this would remove the burned aroma.
¤While boiling green peas add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon suger to the boiling water, this way they would retain  the green colour.
¤If you don't have egg to bake, use banana instead.
¤Eat fruits like apple along with its skin.
¤If you oversalts something, just put a pototo or onion into it, to reduce salt.
