Microwave oven


■Heating your food in microwave can strip away its original nutrients.
■Studies shows there was 30 to 40 percent loss of vitamin when foods received microwave exposure.
■Studies showed that the consumption of microwave food will affect our blood cells too,it is seen that red blood cells decreased while white cells level increased along with colostrol level.
■It can change our heart rate too.
