Decorate your room.

Our room can talk about us a lot.Every room reflects ones habit, taste, attitude and all.So  a well decorated and constructed room will make a better impression on the 'viewers' as well as it will make us feel happy.

¤You may attach a 'welcome' or your name or any thing else using letters in your room.


¤Some pictures can always make us, nostalgic, or simply it will make us happy and cool.So pasting some pictures on our wall is good.



¤You can hang your pictures or anything else using thread.


¤Put a mat or carpet in your room.
¤Keep a dustbin inside your room, so it will be easier to collect waste out of your room.
¤You may keep a board or a notepad in your room.Just write down some fresh and 'innovative' thoughts and  feelings in it.
¤You can place a flower vase on your study table or dressing table.We can make flower vase, cheaply and beautifully using bottle, paper, ice cream stick and on.





¤Uniformity in your painting, curtain, bedsheet and other meterials in your room can add extra beauty in to your room.
¤Avoid using room spray continuesly,keep your room clean and fresh, so you can avoid the use of room spray which will affect our health badly.
¤Keep ur room fresh and alive.

Health

♥Drink atleast 3 litre water per day.
♥Select food contains high nutrition, minimise the consumption of junk food.
♥consume wheet and try to reduce the consumption of rice.
♥Eat your meal before 7 PM.
♥Avoid eating just before to bed or bath.
♥Take exercise regularly, or play some healthy games, run and walk regularly.
♥Ride your cycle regularly, is good to head and body.

♥Smile, is the first medicine to be happy.
♥Just take a bath when you are angry.
♥Leave the crowd or people when you get angry.
♥You may sing or listen to your favorite song when you are not 'good'.
♥Make others happy and listen to their cheerful face.
♥Cook your favorite food when you feel lonliness.
♥Don't spend much for your new friend.
